On the philosophy of the house
The F1 Savannah is the first-generation cross between an African Serval and a domestic cat — the closest a household will come to the real wild without asking permission from a government. Of every F1, only a rare few exceed 70% Serval blood. Those we call High Percentage.
HP Savannahs produces fewer than a dozen of these cats a year. Each is raised in the home. Each is socialized from the first breath. Each is placed only once vetted. There is no second-best kitten. There is no clearance litter.
A small, curated release. Each kitten is socialized in the home from day one and reserved only after application review. Availability shifts by the week.
Current availability is limited. The waitlist is reviewed weekly — the earliest you begin is the earliest we answer.

"The Savannah does not perform for you.
It arrives. And the room
changes around it."
We do not sell cats. We place them. Each application is reviewed personally — home environment, prior experience, long-term intent. When the fit is right, the conversation begins.
A short private form. Your context, your home, your intention. No deposits required at this stage. We respond within 72 hours.
A one-on-one call with the breeder. Transparency on bloodline, temperament, care, and the realities of owning a high-percentage cat.
A kitten is matched — not chosen. The breeder selects the individual animal suited to your life. Reservation is secured privately.
White-glove transport worldwide. A relationship, not a transaction — lifetime mentorship for every cat we place.
A note on temperament loss, the limits of generational dilution, and the reason our line stops at one.
Diet, enclosure, enrichment, and the single most common mistake new owners make in the first three months.
Which states permit F1 Savannahs, which require permits, and which will ask you to move. Updated quarterly.
We place a limited number of HP Savannahs each year. If you would like to be among them, the door opens here.
